Dae Young Lee is a practicing licensed customs consultant and international trade advisor in Seoul, having completed a very distinguished career with the Korean Customs Service. He is a graduate of the College of Law of Seoul National University and has served at all levels of the Korean Customs Service. He has served as: Director of the Import & Export Division, Director of the Valuation Division, Director General of Valuation and International Affairs at KCS Headquarters, Customs Attache to the Korean Embassy in Washington, D.C., Customs Attache to the Korean Consulate General in Hong Kong and, Deputy Commissioner of the Korean Customs Service. Mr. Lee has also served as a private sector advisor with leading tax accounting and law firms in Seoul. His opinions are highly respected at all levels of the Korea Customs Service and Korean trade agencies.
