Takahashi Kitahara is a distinguished customs advisor of the Pacific Law Group in Japan who has served in a number of executive government service positions in Japan including service as Director of the Customs Central Analysis Institute of the Japan Customs Bureau. He also has extensive private sector experience as Senior Managing Director, President and Vice-Chairman of Kokusai Soko K.K., as well as serving as a Statutory Auditor.

Rex Coleman of the Pacific Law Group is an extremely distinguished U.S. attorney who has served as Managing Partner of Baker & McKenzie in Japan, as a Legal Consultant to the U.S. delegation in negotiation of the U.S.-Japan Income Tax Treaty.  Rex has also served as Editor, Taxation in Japan, World Tax Series, Founding Chairman f the Board of Editors, Law in Japan: An Annual, Editor, Japanese Annual of International Law, Lecturer, Legal Training and Research Institute, Supreme Court of Japan and as Chairman, Foreign Business Consultative Commissions, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of International Trade and Industry of Japan.
