Don Goodwin is President of Tracon Consultants Ltd., an Ottawa customs and trade services firm that specializes in advising and assisting manufacturers, exporters and importers in many countries with Canada Customs and trade remedy matters. Don has a very distinguished background of service with Revenue Canada (now the Canada Customs Revenue Agency) where he served as a Director of Customs Valuation and also as Director of the Anti-Dumping Division. Don had extensive experience in representing private industry and governments in numerous anti-dumping investigations, valuation and tariff classification issues, U.S. Customs and Canada Customs FTA and NAFTA investigations, as well as representation before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal in Ottawa.

Tracon was founded in 1976 by a former Director of the Valuation Division at Revenue Canada and the firm's consultants possess a broad array of specialized experience and technical skills in customs and trade compliance matters.
